Don't know about that model, but there is probably not a fixed value of bias
that would work for all tubes or all amps. So the procedure is to adjust the
bias for the keydown idle plate current specified. That way the bias
required by that unique set of tubes is provided, whatever it happens to be.
After you make that setting, you can then measure the bias voltage for
reference. But, it might or might not be appropriate for some other FL2100B.
