[Yaesu] re FT-920 output transistors

The FT-920 transceiver uses a pair of MRF 255 transistors in the pa stage
and wonder if anyone on here has had to replace a pair yet. Apparently Yaesu
does not use matched pairs in there but when I queried RF Parts about it,
they definitely recommended to use a matched set.  The problem now is that
RF Parts is so  back logged with special orders that they can't make up a
set for  a couple of weeks plus it also adds to the cost by about $12 per
unit.  Their initial price for unmatched pieces is $67 per unit which is
quite a bit less than Yaesu's price.  Anyone know of a better source where I
could get a matched set immediately?  Many thanks for reading and best of
