[Yaesu] FT-211 (any good)

Good radio...I owned the 220 and 440 models (stolen from me due to an
auto break in back in 1995!) the FT311 and 711....VERY good in the
range they are tuned in....the 2mtr model I think can go 10-15MHz if 
you open the programming..the front end and the VCO is the limiting
factor..
they used the SAME CPU in the 211/311/711 and the 23/33/73 HTs as
well as the Commercial LMR versions of the 211/311/711 mobiles!
Does the LCD lamp on the display come on at all?
