Hi Simon,

The 2SC2652 (used in the FL-7000 and the Icom IC-2KL and IC-4KL) is
discontinued, but the Motorola MRF448 is a near cross. RF
Parts carries the MRF448, singly and in matched pairs and quads. I would
suggest you install a matched quad in the PA stage.
