[Yaesu] FT77 comments

Would appreciate hearing comments from people who have
used the Yaesu FT77.  I have always been intrigued
with this little radio, but have never operated one. 
Might be in a position soon to obtain one, so would
like to know what others think.  How would its HF
performance compare to a FT840 (which I used at Field
day once) or to a FT100D, which I am currently using. 
Also used to have a FT101B-how does it compare to the
101 line?
