[Yaesu] query re 1SS272 diodes in FT-920

I'm in process of repairing a friends FT-920 that had blown PA output
transistors. In the failure of the finals, a small dual diode in the bias
circuitry has gone open. It's designated D3009 and shows 1SS272 or TE85R in
the service manual. I couldn't find anything close in the digikey catalog. I
suspect that it's simply a dual silicon diode set up and just to confirm
that first before I sub two regular silicon diodes to fire it up as the
parts from Yaesu will likely take several weeks after talking to their parts
department today!  Anyone know of a source to get these diode in a hurry?
