[Yaesu] VX-150 battery charging

Working with a VX-150 and can not get the replacement 1200 ma battery
to take a charge. The original battery charges just fine.
The 1200 ma replacement battery will charge ok hooked up to a different 
power supply.

Am I missing anything?
