[Yaesu] Frequency Drift FT-902DM

I have a problem with slight (couple of KHz) frequency drift on my 902DM.
It's always downward and the same regardless of band or mode.  It seems to
be continuous in that even after a long period of warm up, it will continue
to drift down slowly.

Any ideas?  I'm new to the list and I did try to find something in the
archives - though I may have missed it.
