[Yaesu] FT-890 transmit problem

Hi list,

I would like to ask first maybe someone of you already had similar problem 
or know what can be defect, before
I start digging inside. The problem is very low carrier power abt 10 watts 
on all bands. There is no ALC riding but
internal SWR meters works correct. Strange thing is that after few minutes 
of receiving  heat sink becomes very warm
just in place, where final transistors are mounted. It looks like idle 
current for transistors is high and always switched on.
