For Those Who Did Not Delete,
       Thank you for your patience and tolerance; AOL-forced upgrades caused 
settings problems that are in the process of being corrected.  For those of 
you who are considering upgrade to WinXP/OfficeXP Pro, be advised that such 
could entail program and hardware conflicts, requiring replacement/upgrade of 
software and peripheral hardware.  Many printer manufacturers are slow with 
patches/may not issue patches, especially HP relative to all-in-one units.  
And, switching to XP will force AOL users to upgrade to AOL 7.0, which is not 
necessarily a good thing.
       With hopes that this information will be helpful, and thanking you 
again for your continuing kindnesses and companionship, I remain,
