[Yaesu] Rotor Removal/Install

I went through it previously with the same rotor.
Only lesson I could share would be to put a HAM IV variant back in its'
place.

The wind finally got to my 800SDX rotor. I need to remove it, ship to Yaesu
for repair, and then reinstall. Lessons learned from anyone going through
this previously would be appreciated, especially on doing the reinstall
directional alignment drill. Thanks.
