[Yaesu] MK V and TRX Manager

Hi Gang,
 
anyone out there who has connected his PC to the MKV, and is using
TRX Manager to control it?  I tried the connection (no interfaces,
no cable according the user's manual), and I keep getting 
a connction error - the PC does not see the MKV.
 
Anyone would like to share his settings and his experience
in connecting the MKV?  Any help is appreciated.
