[Yaesu] FT100D and PSK

Trying to get my FT100D set up for digital modes.  I
have a rigblaster NOMIC which I have hooked up to the
Data port jack in the back of the rig using the
optional packet cable.  The main problem is that no
one hears me on PSK.  I answer people and they keep
calling CQ.  I call CQ and no one responds.  I am
running enough power, have a decent antenna, and am
calling loud stations, so signal strength is not the
problem.

I wonder if it has to do with the menu settings.  I
have the AFSK level set ok, I wonder about menu 34,
which is AFSK mode.  I have kept it at the default
level, which is PCT-F.  Is this my problem?  Do I need
to change to AFSK-U or PCT-U?  I am wondering if PCT-F
means that my radio is transmitting in FM mode, even
though the mode indicator says USB.  AFSK-U or PCT-U
looks like it might change it to USB, which is needed
for PSK, Hellschreiber, MFSK16 and WSJT.  Anyone have
any experience or help with this?
