Trying to get my voice keyer hooked up to my FT100D.
I have the 8 pin adaptor for the modular mic jack on
the rig. The problem seems to be getting a mic to
work with the voice keyer. I have picked up 2
different yaesu hand mics, and each one will key the
radio, or the keyer, but no audio is transmitted, and
the up/down keys don't work. Beginning to wonder if
these mics are wired differently than the ones for the
FT847 would be. The two I have are:

MH15
MH27

I know one came from a VHF rig, and not sure about the
other (MH27) but assume it did because it has a TTP on
it. Are Yaesu mics for VHF rigs wired differently
than mics for HF rigs, or did I just accidently get
ahold of 2 broken microphones?

Any help is appreciated, before I throw more money
away tomorrow at the hamfest looking for mics
