[Yaesu] FT-100D Serial numbers/options

I'm looking to buy a used FT-100d.
Does anyone know if the FT-100d came with different options installed
for different serial number series?
The web site lists the following items but I don't know if they were
included in the whole series or have been added recently to boost sales
Now including. . .
                  * Built-in XF-117C 500 Hz CW Filter
                  * Built-in TCXO-8 High-Stability Reference Crystal
                  * Built-in FTS-27 CTCSS Decoder Unit
                  * Large, High-Quality Speaker
Also is the DTMF mike standard?
