[Yaesu] FT747 parts

Hello to all:

I have an FT747 that died (no TX) after 14 years.  The defective part is =
Q23 (3SK74L) and possibly Q24 (2SK241Y) and Q26 (2SC535B).  Does anyone =
know of subs for these (especially the 3SK74L) as I can't find any =
replacements? =20
