I have to agree. The last 2-3 days I've found pages of nothing but people
griping about Yaesu's service department. Let's look at this and be honest,
as it's been done here, it's nothing but griping and pointless ventilation.
There seem to be a number of people who indeed have legitimate complaints;
but Yaesu hasn't heard ANY of this, thus, as I say, it's pointless. If we
want to accomplish something, I would invite each and every one of you to
send the statement of either satisfaction, or dissatisfaction that you've
experienced with Yaesu to them directly.
Here are e-mail addresses for Yaesu:
Amateur Tech Support: [email protected]
Amateur Customer Service: [email protected]
If you want to resolve a problem, you have to let them know there IS a
problem. One or two people calling or writing their dissatisfaction may not
have much effect, however if each of you that have complained to the
reflector would send this same complaint to Yaesu, perhaps something would
happen.
I challenge each of you that have posted a complaint to this reflector to
submit that same complaint directly to Yaesu, at one or both of the
addresses above, as may be appropriate.
What do you say? Are you willing to speak your peace to someone who has the
ability to actually do something about it?
