Perhaps but doubtful.  Would you shoot yourself in the foot.  ARRL must
weigh a major loss of revenue, not from one, but all three manufactures. An
attack upon one is tantamount to an attack on all three. ARRL must weigh any
legal ramifications and be indemnified against any litigation or liability /
damage (loss of revenue).

Are the letters from a few dissatisfied customers, a vendetta to ruin
Yaesu's integrity? Is their any proximate consequence or result.

Don't attack, question, give facts, not opinion. Think Far Eastern
philosophy / customs. Write the President, CEO, etc. The boss holds all
accountable if the company faces a problem.  He'll take action. Thank him
for reviewing the problem.

If being nice fails, it's time for big gun action. 73, <W2WU>
