Jpegs do not loose their quality just by viewing and reviewing them.....
Most Jpeg EDITORS on the other hand do have the ability to save in a lower
quality data compression format the lower the "quality" the smaller the
file size for a particular image at the loss of some resolution. But you
cant degrade a file just by viewing it.
