  Yes, it is. If you find the original message that was sent to you from the system, it'll include your individual password
to log onto the web page and tweak your setting.

  However, in your case, there's a problem, because you're getting the Email messages sent to you via arrl.net or some
similar Email *forwarder*. Your messages are being bounced to me to decide what to do with. I decided to forward this one.

  Email's have to have an exact address match, or they'll be bounced. I may, or may not, forward such messages. :-)
HTML-coded messages will NOT be forwarded.
