[Yaesu] Wanted: FT208R manual

I picked up an FT-208R last night for $10, with a homebrew extenal battery
pack/headset interface so it could be used on a bicycle.  No manual,
battery or charger.  Does anyone have a manual for the radio?  Also, the
faceplate that labeled the switches at the bottom of the keypad is missing,
so I have no idea what they are.

If you have a manual, electronic or will pay copying/shipping costs I would
greatly appreciate it.
