Virtually all of the other reflectors that I
participate in allow you to either reply to the
originator just by hitting "reply", or to the entire
list plus the originator by hitting "reply all".  It
is only those on qth.net that only come up with the
entire list.  You have to "cut and paste" ("edit") to
get the E-Mail address of the originator.

Thus, too many people just reply to the entire
reflector rather than just to the person who
originated the message.  Sometimes this is good, but
many times it is not!  Too many of a more "personal"
nature get posted to everyone.
