[Yaesu] Ft-902dm - HELP- drifts on start up

My FT- 902dm  has started to drift,  about 1.2 khz up in frequency  during 
the first 15 minutes after turn on, then  drifts back down about .2 khz 
during the next 15 minutes,  before stabilizing.  Sometimes it  drifts fairly 
quickly, sometimes not.  I E the rate of drift  at start up isnt  always the 
same.

Does anyone  have experience with a similar problem with their FT- 902 or 
FT-901dm ( which is  the non-WARC version of this rig and essentially 
identical.)
