I am guilty of just replying to an individual by just
hiting reply.  Unfortunately, due to the changes in
the qth.net system, the reply goes to the entire
reflector and not the individual.  Thus, I have to
remember to delete the reflector and put in the
individual's E-Mail address.  Fortunately, or
unfortunately, I am not the only person doing this! 
We have to remember that the system has changed.
