    Thanks for the replies to my message, but I don't think I explained
my situation good enough.
    I am able to hear the audio, IF I turn my volume knob all of the way
up.  If it is where it is would be for every other mode (SSB, CW, AM)
then I can't hear anything even static.  Another Ham that I know that
has the same radio took a look at it (K�OJ) and he said that it should
have at least static where the knob would usually be.  If I turn the
knob all the way up then I can hear the stations that are loud enough
without any problems.
