[Yaesu] HP Part numbers for Pin diodes was RE: FT-1000D PIN Diode Mod

Hi Guys:

Those HP Pin diodes may be manufactured now by Agilent Technologies!

All the following HP's divisions where spined up to Agilent
Technologies, that may mean that while the part numbers for those pin
diodes may have been migrated to a new part number, it may have a cross
check or they still have the same part number.

But just a note about HP and Agilent: Agilent Technologies was born
from HP a little more than 2 years ago. These are the divisions that
are now Agilent Technologies and have nothing to do with Hewlett
Packard. Hewlett Packard is now mainly computers, printers and digital
imaging products.

Agilent Technologies is made of the following Divisions or groups:

1 Communications Solutions( Data, host adapters, RF and microwave,
imaging etc. etc.)
2- Semiconductors Products ( makers of all electronics components
including diodes and LED's , fiber optics. etc.)
3- Chemical/Life Sciences ( LC and Gas Chromatographs
4- Automated Test Equipment ( HP Old and Primary Division "Test and
Measurement") yes all those Generators, Oscilloscopes, that have the HP
logo on them, know bares the new Agilent Logo!
5- Medical Group ( already sold to Philips Medical Systems).

You may find that the diodes may be now in the Agilent parts group.

Hope this information helps
