[Yaesu] shouting - the case for lower case

Hey, in RTTY we only had UPPER CASE way back when.  There is truly at least 
one situation where it is more efficient to use lower case.  Without boring 
everyone with the details, let me just point out that a message in all 
lower case when using PSK31 is notably faster than if UPPER CASE is used; 
however, I can't bring myself to send my call sign in lower case.  hi hi
