I love my Ft-900, but I only use it for receive, so I can't comment on the TX
features like split band op., etc.  I have the OXCO and the narrow CW filters.

Very solid rig.  Not massively features, but it does what it does well.  You
might look into the new 'backpack' rig that yaesu has coming out.  Looks cool.
