Hi Jerry,
I've seen them on eBay, (I would be very hesitant about buying one on eBay),
and there are 4 or 5 listed on
www.eham.net/classifieds.  You can buy a brand new one for $599.00, which
includes mike, from Ham Radio Outlet and get a warranty.
I needed a rig in a hurry a few years ago and after looking at the prices
for the used rigs on the internet I bought one from Ham Radio Outlet for a
little over $500.00.  I use it all the time for ragchewing.  I wish the
receiver was more sensitive, but for less than $600. you can't beat it.
