[Yaesu] FH-1 Remote keypad interface documentation for Mark V?

Does anyone know the pinouts/connections for the FH-1 remote keypad for the 
Mark V series?

The manual for my new MK-V Field repeatedly says "If you purchase the FH-1 
(or build your own keypad)..." but then neglects to include anything which 
either documents the FH-1 jack, or might help build such an interface.

Does anyone know the pinouts for this one? Adding a bank of switches in an 
external box seems like a harmless weekend DIY project, and it's bound to 
cost less than the $88 list price.
