[Wswss] Contest mode

Hi Greg,

We have been seeing a lot of reports about this on the ON4KST REGION 2 chat page.  I 
am not sure, but I think it is because there are people using old versions of WSJT-X 
or possibly HF knock-off versions that don't have the option for NA VHF CONTEST 
mode.  During the January VHF Contest, you would think ALL stations would run the NA 
VHF CONTEST mode, because what is to be exchanged is just the grid.  But if people 
are trying to exchange reports and grids, it really slows down the whole works 
because the exchanges do not work!  I hope this gets sorted out before Es season, 
because I for one would like to see all the FT8 DX activity running in VHF Contest 
mode - we usually exchange only grids on 6m during Es openings anyway!
