SSB on 23ers,
A very thick, deep fog engulfing Laguna Beach and extending all the way to PV provided the basis for extremely good propagation with S9 and 10 over 9 being reported.  Unfortunately there weren’t that many guys on board and so there you have it: good conditions, poor participation.  the following were contacted:
