[Wswss] 10W 10 GHz TWT & directional couplers

I have a 10 GHz TWT with 24 VDC power supply. It has been sitting unused 
for a long while but when last put on the air it made 10W (+40 dBm) for 
2 mW (+3 dBm) input.  The amplifier has SMA conenctors. The power supply 
is positive ground.

I also have a pair of HP X229D 20 dB waveguide directional couplers.

All of this is looking for a good home.  If you are interested, please
