[Wswss] CM86 for UHF contest

Thanks to those of you who responded to my request for interest in working
CM86 on Sunday morning during the UHF contest.

There was sufficient interest for me to plan on the trip.  However, when I
dusted of the 222 Mhz gear, I discovered it didn't work.  It kinda worked
but the SSB signal was highly distorted.  I've spent part of the last three
days attempting to correct the problem without and luck.

Reluctantly, I've decided to postpone the trip until I can solve the
problem.  The most likely next trip will be during the ARRL Sept VHF
contest.  I'll keep a list of those who expressed an interest and keep you
informed.
