[Wswss] 736R 220 Module Problem

I have seen this posted a couple of places, but no response.
  The 220 RX seems to get weak and at the same time, TX power drops also.  No ALC deflection.  Both happen at the same time.  Usually on power up (cold) everything is fine for a while.  Then all fades away.

Any ideas or anyone fixed this before I dig in and spread this thing all over my bench?
