N6ZE plans QRP Mobile operations during the Fall 2 Meter Sprint from ~ 1900 - 2000 PDT, Monday, 23 Sept.2013 from CN89,CN88, CN87 if I receive permission from the Capt./Master of the Princess Cruise Ship we will be taking from Vancouver, BC on Tuesday afternoon enroute to Los Angeles, CA.
 
If I am able to obtain permission to transmit, I will be using my QRP FT817 and a whip or dipole.
