As the Chronocrats will dictate, we have a time change this
weekend....and we all become standard once again.

Please note local time change for the 
Western States Weak Signal Net to a4:30pm Start Time.

If you live Zulu,  the Net is always 0030.

Hopefully, this will limit propogation to just the western states
as the days grow shorter.  We will be operating the Net from
4:30pm to 5:30pmthroughout the winter months.
