Immediately, thank you Ralph for taking the helm as I ran rampant among the vendors in Dayton, hank you thank thank you.
As suspected, I did indeed go to the Hamfest to end all Hamfests: Hara Auditorium and parking lot at Dayton.
Lottsa stuff, including the five ton '990S' the latest version of the Argonaut and 100 watt brick to go with from TenTec and assorted antenna novelties.  In keeping with the mud hill location for our Thursday evening gatherings, I got a 120 Watt folding solar panel from Power Film which will go into duty for Field Day.  By the way, us Lagunatics will be Field Daying on the 432 site and you are all invited to join in the fun.  A simple e-mail to me will yeild a map, directions and blessings for the trip.
