Notes:  Courtney, N5BF, will be giving the technical discussion
at the next meeting of the San Bernardino Microwave Society
on 05 April.  He will be discussing the NASA/JPL mission to the moon:
 Gravity Recovery And Interior Laboratory (GRAIL).  Courtney
will discuss the 32 GHz ranging system and the S-band system
as the pair of spacecraft map the lunar gravitational field.
