The ARRL January VHF Sweepstakes are this coming weekend
Begins 1900 UTC Saturday, ends 0359 UTC Monday (January 21-23, 2012). 
Activity on all bands above 50 MHz.  Hope you get a chance to
fill up as many frequencies as possible.
 
**At last week's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas,
broadband proponents spoke longingly about frequencies that we
currently enjoy in ham radio.  Let's kick up the RF during these
activity events.**
