Center block list, please follow the steps below.

1. Login to Message Center with the exact link given below :

2.    Click on "Options" and select "Junk Mail."
3.    In the "Block List" section.
4.    To remove an address or domain from the Block List, click the
address or domain and click the "Remove" button.
5.    When you are finished, click the "Save" button. To cancel your
changes, click "Cancel.
 
Note: If you do not find the required email address in your Message
Center block list and if you are still unable to receive emails from that
particular email address, then please write directly to
abuse at support.juno.com
