Tnx for the wishes.  Unfortunately, after my luxurious hospital stay my 
follow-up examination revealed it will be from 6 to 8 weeks before my
voice 
returns to any semblance of  the original.  So goes the HAMCON 
presentations, net control activities and the like.  By the time I 
resurrect, David should be in full control of all the knobs and buttons 
comprosing that 9100.
CU, but cannot talk!  Fine thing for an SSB operator...I believe it is
one 
of the five circles of hell.
