Hi everybody, I just wanted to throw in my two cents worth. I like the Sunday night net with Gordo, I have been trying to get hams in my area "Bakersfield" involved, a few have bought ho-loops or small beams already, haven't seen them up yet, but atleast they're thinking outside 2 meter FM.

I guess I'm only familiar with Gordo's net on 144.230, is their another one on Sundays? I have also been checking in with Larry W6OMF on Sundays at 8:00 on 144.250.

I have been plugging this on our local club net aswell trying to generate some more activity. I would like to see SSB get more popular, and I think it may, this is a great group and the net controlers are all very inviting.
Thanks guys, have a great day,

Hi Ralph !

With such an impressive list of 75m checkins , WHY are we doing a 2 meter
net , that does not grow ?

Let's not push a very wet noodle . I think it is time to encourage folks
to check in to San Diego , or David's net , but the So Ca. Sunday evening
net , for a half year now , is D E A D .

Let's give it a rest . gordo
