The September VHF QSO Party is this weekend and begins 1800 UTC Saturday and
ends 0300 UTC Monday (September 11-13, 2010).

 

I will be operating again from CM99oh in the Sierras at 5000 feet running
low power during the contest. I will be on the 6M, 2M, 220 MHz, 430 MHz,
927.5 MHz and 1296 MHz bands. I hope I will be able to provide you with a
needed QSO and perhaps even a band multiplier this weekend! See you in the

PS I will be leaving from Saratoga in the Bay Area CM87 for the Sierras and
CM99oh Friday morning and I should be monitoring the various calling
frequencies from CM99oh  late Friday afternoon and Saturday morning before
the contest when I am not outside of the cabin working on feed lines,
antennas, solar arrays or batteries :-)  I can run more power if necessary
for short periods before the contest if you need CM99 on a band. I will not
have internet access after I leave Saratoga on Friday or up at CM99 at the
cabin.
