[Wswss] Tower or no tower

Hello to all, I currently run a Mosley TA-33jr warc beam on a 5' tripod on my house, total height is about 22'. I have a 4 element 6 meter beam on a push up pole at 20' in close proximatey to the hf beam.

I have the opertunity to buy a 40' tower to put my hf&6 meter beam on. Question to all, will I get a lot or a little increase in proformance from the hf beam raising it 20 more feet? If you look at my pictures on my website http://www.wi6j.com you will see what I'm speaking of. I also was thinking of stacking the 6 meter beam on the same mast with the hf beam, would 8' distance''seperation'' be adequate?
