This weekend May 21-23 there is a ham radio get together at Ron(K6WLC)'s
Lockwood 
Valley Ranch. Ron was first president of the Western States Weak Signal
Society.  His 
Lockwood Valley Ranch was the site of many memorable meetings.  At one
meeting N6RMJ and W6TOD demonstated using FM broadcast station variation
in strength to trigger a meteor scatter contact.   All invited. Bring own
food to BBQ and potluck for Saturday.  A Sunday breakfast is planned for
those wishing; a small cost is involved.

Take Frasier Park exit off 5 FWY go west through Frasier Park town.  At
Lake of the Woods(no water last time I was there) turn left on Lockwood
Valley road. There is a small settlement there with a mini mart.
Follow Lockwood Vly Rd for about 8 miles.  Landmark that you are getting
close is the airport on the right side of the road.

Keep going about 1/2 mile past the airport to Greenleaf Springs Road on
right.  Landmark is mailboxes. Go right.  Dirt and gravel road after a
few seconds you will see Ron's place and antennas off to right. Turn
right, then right again onto Ron's place.
