[Wswss] Microwave Update

Hi Doug,

I do not have Pay Pal as well as many other guys!

There needs to be another way to per register and send in
there money? Need other options, check, money order, credit card etc.

I talked with Marty with the ARRL and he did not know about the
Microwave Update!

Suggest you post it on the WSWSS and Stanford reflectors etc.
