[Wswss] CW rally time during Field Day

If you are part of a group that plans on operating VHF on Field Day, 
please join us for a CW Rally at 9:00 AM Sunday morning.  The idea is to 
pick up a few extra QSO points by making contacts on CW.  Although CW 
contacts count double phone one, few VHF stations operate CW.

Rally frequencies will be 50.095 and then moving to 144.190.  For those 
that have 222 and 432, we will use 222.1 and 432.1
