I heard him on Sunday contest weekend and he was pretty loud in CM99. His
style was a bit different but he worked a lot of stations at least on 144.
>From memory he was talking about being at Ashland for Field Day.
I'm pretty new to VHF and I guess I hadn't really thought much about field
day as an opportunity to grab a few grids...is that something that might
prove fruitful on 6m?  
Nice to work you from Ashland Mike! I didn't hear a peep on 432 when we
moved and didn't hear you at all after that.

Not sure if any one has heard him but Hugh KD6OSV is still
up on Mt Ashland and has been since I was up there during the
June VHF contest two weekends ago, I also sense he may still
be here in town (Ashland) till Field Day weekend.
