The Satellite Amateur Radio Club station, W6AB, plans to operate this June's
ARRL VHF contest from CM94. We are hoping to end W6AB's VHF Contest 35 year
old drought by placing high in the scoring for Santa Barbara Section and
adding an award to the clubhouse wall. The last VHF award was issued to W6AB
back in 1974.

W6AB will use the following station equipment:

50MHz, 150W, 5el yagi
144MHz 1500W, 2x17 yagis, full Az/Ele
432MHz, 100W, 18el yagi
220MHz, 25W, 4el yagi
903MHz, 180W, 17el yagi
1296MHz, 180W, 22el yagi

W6AB will also listen on 145.000FM simplex for stations that don't have
multimode radios.

Operations will start at 11:00PDT (1800UTC) on June 13 and end around
14:00PDT(2100UTC) on Sunday June 14.

144MHz EME will start Sunday morning at 00:30PDT (07:30UTC).

W6AB's contest station will have the capability to operate in WSJT JT65B
mode on 144MHz, 432MHz and 1296MHz. So, if you are in need of grid CM94 and
have had difficulty QSO'ing with CW and SSB, please schedule a WSJT contact.

Hope to hear you all on the air this coming weekend...
